Rugged chassis
The chassis is made of high-performance structural steel; the upper and lower double chassis are clamped by 12 high-strength bolts, so that all the fan blades are connected as a whole to prevent looseness and noise.

High-strength bolts
All 12.9/8.8 grade high-strength bolts are used to ensure quality; mechanical locking nuts are used to prevent loosening; with glue, permanent locking without hidden dangers.

1. The flanges on both sides of the connecting plate between the fan and the installation beam are formed into a [shape to prevent deformation and bending;
2. The connecting splint and the beam mounting plate are locked with a deep sawtooth structure to prevent falling off;
3. The connection of each part of the fan is L hook connection or tenon and tenon connection with full welding, double protection;
4. After the installation of the fan is completed, use 4 steel wire ropes to tighten and fix it on the building to prevent shaking;
5. A wire rope connection is added between the motor shaft and the building beam for multiple protection;
6.The control system has complete overload, overcurrent, and overheat protection.

The principle behind the extra large ceiling fan is to move a very large amount of air by using large-diameter fan blades rotating at a low speed to break up the stratified air layer.
